It’s just not working very well

My internet just isn't working well. 
can I please book a technician.

@Ian160 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum and while Sky will send out engineers to fix line faults they dont send them out for non-specific issues. You can check the speed to your hub which Sky do gurantee by running the service checker in the My Sky app or website as Sky test that daily. If there is an issue there then the checker should offer help.

 

If that is OK slow sppedds in your home are down to poor wifi signal levels which isnt something Sky can control as these are down to the layout and type of construction of your home. Sky do sell add-ons which can supoly wifi extenders.

 

Forum members can give more detailed advice if you are morecspecific about what is not right.
