@Diana22434  and @ldpiepiora  You are not speaking to Sky customer support here, the forum is manned mainly by fellow customers and a few Sky staff who can only assist with a limited set of issues.

 

If you are having constant issues with the internet you need to run the connection test via the mysky app, it can be run over mobile internet from a smartphone and if it detects a fault it should give you the option to book an engineer, if it doesn't give that option or it doesn't find a fault you will have to call Sky to log the fault.

@Diana22434 @ldpiepiora  You are not talking to Sky, nothing can or will happen on the back of a forum post from an unlinked account, any Sky Staff here would not kn ow who you are or any of your account details.
