hub not arrived and engineer cancelled?

We have a new hub coming, and it was meant to be brought by an engineer in a few weeks as ai was advised by the contact centre that they need to do some checks in person as well (we've had the same hub for nine years!). 

anyway, today I get a note saying the engineer is cancelled (no idea why) and the hub has already been delivered, which it hasn't!   Not sure what I'm to do next?
