starting out with sky

hi everyone, can anyone point me to an answer.
i am moving into a property in a week or so, but cannot get the broadband package to work on the website. it keeps coming back with "sorry we are having technical difficulties" 
i cannot see live chat anywhere? and the virtual assistant is useless. any suggestions?

@robitsfkintaken  Are you an existing sky broadband customer trying to move services across to your new home or a new customer who hasn't had sky services at all or not for more than 18 months

new customer, never had sky nor any other subscription service
