If it's the White Hub you can't. Sky have decided we are all too thick to manage the router ourselves and spliting the SSID is one of the things you will find they have gone out of there way to lock down. 

If you go through the my sky app you can turn off one band or the other...then you can use a different access point for the other band. Best you can do with that horrid thing I'm afraid.
