To use talk shield you need to be on a sky voice and broadband connection
Could you diav 17070 from your landline if you get a welcome to sky message then you are if not you won't be able to use talk shield

I am on Sky broadband and Sky Talk. Is Sky Voice the same as sky Talk?

Sky talk shield requires that your line is run on skys own network as opposed to bt wholesale . Did you try 17070 to see what welcome message you get?

Checking back to a previous post you have a dect base phone plugged into the hub and a few others about the house.
Are all phones the same make are you getting the fault on the base station on all phones or just the sub station

All the phones are the same make Panasonic and I'm getting the same response from all - total silence when I dial 17070

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland
To get them to set talk shield up for you or if you wish i can escalate this to sky directly
