Amended date of activation

I have purchased broadband today with the stated activation date of 27/12/23. However upon purchase a date of 10/01/24. This date is two weeks later and is in contrast to the one that persuaded me to use your services. I am disappointed with this as it is the first interaction I have had with yourself.

We are customers here who help each other but what we can say it the new date given is down to the availability of an Openreach engineer in you area who died the work on behalf of Sky to connect you to the network.

@Matt76  New broadband orders would normally have a lead time of 10 working days, given there are 3 public holidays (4 if in Scotland) the 10/1/24 woud be the earliest date possible.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
