returning equipment

Hello i have had a message informing me that i need toi return my Old sky Boardband box. I have looked high and low but i think i have thrown away by mistake. So could you please let me know what i have to do next

We are customers here. If your router was one that was loaned to you and you've not returned it to Sky on the termination of your subscription you'll be charged a non return fee which is currently £50.
