my wifi was good, out of no where there is no broadband connection, no signal what so ever
the wifi box showed one yellow light, it is not flashing, just yellow

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Many thanks - same problems in NW2 area
Done diagnostics - highlighted problems
Had engineer out this morning
Better for a while - now running slow and dropping out again.... 😞
