We had to complete moving out of our house but the one we're buying had a burst pipe a few days before we were supposed to move in, so we're now in temporary acommodation for about 12 weeks while the vendor's insurance sort out the repairs.
Consequently, our Sky Broadband and TV accounts have been cancelled and Sky want their Hub back before Sunday or they say they'll charge us £50 for it.
Thing is, I've already sent it back and got both proof of posting and proof of it arriving with them (scans below). What can I do about this?

Thanks @Chrisee , much appreciated.
And I take your point and don't usually post stuff like that in open forum but I don't think there's anything personal on there, ie, no name and no address (apart from the Post Office address), not even a Sky account number - but you've got me worried now and I can't find an 'Edit' button to delete them 😟
