I have Sky Fibre 150. No phone line connection used. Devices are X1 LAN and multiple WiFi.
EVERY day at least once the "Voice" light turns orange and the internet drops.

Yes.
Everything shows ok, fairly new installation.
Both Fibre box and router are on separate power sockets with nothing else.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@DJsnap So when running the broadband test when the fault is happening it is showing as okay? Does the voice light go back to green itself or do you have to then re-set the router for this to happen?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@DJsnap previously where this has happened it is a fault on the Sky server connecting your line. Powering down the hub for around an hour may well, clear thecfault as you connect to a different physical unit or waithing until Sky's engineers fix the bad unit

The test shows "we cannot find your hub"
The orange "voice" light remains orange one lit, it never returns to green.
Restarting the hub clears the fault.
Happens daily between 01:00 and 06:00
