Note that 'pods' are the Max WiFi extenders while 'pucks' are the Sky Stream television boxes.

Hello, I tried moving yet it caims I don't have anything when trying to move. Going to assume that's because  our new Sky TV arrives tomorrow and perhaps then they switch our package on? I have tried to check my speed yet it's not 900 as expected. To me it looks like everything is disjointed somewhat. Going to wait until tomorrow and then get the AI assistant to put me through to someone I can talk with. Failing that my neighbour works for Sky.

Another question: what is the username and password to access the router to manually change the IP class to my liking?

I believe Sky will loan one pod after a telephone diagnosis under the terms of the Enhanced WiFi Guarantee, but the Max Hub has to be in use first.

The first puck is typically 'free' with the Whole Home subscription supplement.

The Max Hub is administered through the My Sky app rather than a web browser.

Yes, I have seen that yet used to setting MAC filtering, reserved IPs, vlans for additional security that sky doesn't offer, so I may install a second router specifically for my needs.
