We're new to Sky and our broadband was due to be installed on the 30th of April. However installation has now been moved to end of June as apparently there were issues with external works by Openreach. Now I completely understand that this has nothing to do with Sky and they have to wait for Openreach to sort out the external works, however today our Virgin contract has ended and now the household has no broadband. Is there anything that Sky can offer temporarily, apart from the compensation until the broadband is installed?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@rxmintx unfirtunately not. Sky can only deliver briadband over an Openreach line they dont offer mobile service.
