I switched to fibre yesterday and was all working when the engineer left and now no WiFi. The box is showing amber for voice help!

Sorry to hear your experiencing what a lot are having, sadly it's a issue with sky end, they blame open reach but it's not there issue. We been waiting since Tuesday had numerous calls to sky support doing there daft tests and had engineers out yesterday spent a while trying to solve it they did there stuff had it escalated to stage 3 and found it's not outreach but sky the provider. I wish you good luck but this is been on going since 2022.
