poor WiFi speed

After returning from holiday last thursday my WiFi speed has dropped considerably to an average under 20mbps. I have unplug the router and rebooted several times along with depress the button on the side of the router, this is following previous low speeds advice from SKY engineers.  We have Fibre to the house and when you check on line with SKY it says everything is fine, it quite clearly is not.  Any advice please

Finally got to speak with a Sky technician and he reported my fault to the engineers. Subsequently they are sending me a new hub

I am also having this problem days 33mbps and can't get on my tv apps
