hi, I recently upgraded my broadband and was told a new router would be sent out 2 weeks ago. now I've received messages informing me that my upgraded broadband is up and running.
the problem is it doesn't work with my old router. there are no orders open on my account either..
does anybody know if it is normal for this to happen when upgrading rather than starting a first time set up?

Have you upgraded to ultrafast?
What router do you have at the moment. sr102, er110/115 or sr203?
