new customer

Hi, I'm a new customer and yesterday oredered broadband deal but it doesn't show online when I log in. Is everything ok and will it be installed on 1 October?

@Agnesiite Did you get e-mail conformation that the order was accepted, and the account is not an instant but by now good chance it is up, if not call to sky to find out why!
