Re: moving home
@Sh4nnen moving broadband is far more complicated than just changing the address. You need to go here https://www.sky.com/moving-home and start the process but do note the minimum lead time is 2 weeks to dort out a connection at your new address.

Re: moving home
As @Chrisee indicates, broadband does not follow an ISP router around the national Openreach network, and has to be specifically commissioned at the new address which can have a considerable lead time.
'Get in contact' may mean that Sky cannot offer the same service at the location you are moving to as you have now.
Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate the possible broadband types at that location.

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.
Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.

Re: moving home
You don't 'transfer WiFi'
If you wish Sky to remain your ISP (and particularly if you are currently within a minimum contract term) then you need to book a Home Move, through which Sky takes over the broadband circuit to the new address.
The current ISP there isn't significant unless it's unusual circumstances (such as TalkTalk using a CityFibre optical connection)

Re: moving home
I am literally moving next door and want to take my broadband/landline with me but I have to call them - why can't I just do it on line?
