moving house

I'm moving on the 21st of this month and I've already submitted the change request, and the new internet box was sent to the new address.

@Julia83 All would appear to be correct as you have posted! Also if with sky currently take all your old Equipment with you when you move!

But the new box was delivered by Royal Mail and apparently they left it outside and someone took it. I asked them to send it to my current address and they didn't. I called to have it sent again and they still haven't sent it.

@Julia83 Sky system dispatches to the address where the broadband/tv etc will be active at! Getting it sent elsewhere is really in the lap off the gods when requested! It more than likely will NOT be sent again as now a disputed case for delivery!

I'll call tomorrow to see if they'll send it to me again, because I don't know if the old box will work in the new house.
