intermittent internet

I am literally going out of my mind. Since May I have been having wifi/broadband problems.

My internet was down to 16mb/s. and was intermittent on a daily basis.  After seven visits by Openreach and Sky i have had Full fibre braodband fitted. The speed is now up to 152mb/s but the internet is still on and off persistently .  I was advised to have a new router which was fitted four days ago and seemed ok for four days until tody when the internet is dropping again just the same as before. I checked this morning and it wnet off four times in a minute.  I now dont know what to do other than spend yet another hour on the phone to Sky

I have similar issues since the beginning of the service 2 months ago. Could this be an issue of the region??

@tdumican  The Sky Q router lays horizontal and the Sky Broadband Hub is vertical, but if it is black then follow the directions below.
