Our sky ultrafast broadband loses connection completely every other day, we reboot the system, turn on and off at the socket and it still struggles to reconnect, after an hour of trying it might reconnect, the power light stays green WiFi stay green however the internet goes completely blank, we've had engineers out from sky however it's been working at the time they came so they stated no issues with the system.
Has any one had the same problems and managed to get it fixed?

it will not let me look at the statistics for some reason it just buffers when clicking the maintenance button
