@Clara13 the LOS light being red mezns the ONT is nor receiving a signal while it could be weather damage full fibre is far more resiliant than partial fibre. If the fault is the same this morning run the service checker in the My Sky app to see if it tells you Sky arexaware of the issue and if they aren't call them to report it.
