unable to get to tech support for a broadband outage because it thinks my phone network is sky.

The tech support "get help" system is telling me there is nothing wrong with my broadband, because I am connected to the site with my Vodafone mobile phone. Because of this they won't let me log a fault.

Any idea what to do to bypass this utterly unfit for purpose pile of junk?

@Soulsmith you look to be misinterpreting the result from the service checker thecresult you are seeing is from the last time it ran not because you are using a mobile connection. If you clicked through to run it again it would fail as it cannot contact your hub if the line is down You cannot report faults through the app the most you can find out is whether Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line.

After the stormy night Sky's lines sre going to be very busy when they open but you need to report the fault.
