I can't buy broadband for my new place

hi there,

I've recently moved into a new place and was trying to buy broadband with sky, i go through all the options and packages of what i want, after the page of where I choose the date and confirm everything i get a "we're sorry" error message, i've tried atleast 3- 6 times but still get the message. 

can anyone help me please,

@Haz227 call Sky as in some cases the order can only be placed after some questions have been gone through.
