Your downstream speed is only 28Mbps and I'd state it is well below your minimum guaranteed speed (MGS), you should contact Sky to get it rectified and the fault fixed.

Check your mysky account, do line test, there you will also find your connection speeds,
it contains 14 day's of history and will be helpful

If it broadband line test fails to recognise a fault in your connection it gets assigned to the bin! 😉

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@deepa83 You can find that information about your speed history when you run a broadband test via the Sky app.

The fault with the broadband line isn't a result of WiFi or no connection the line itself is slowing them down and well below MGS and the diagnoses of Sky even agree with that and has allowed the OP an engineer visit, rightfully.

Just found the link its been slow since the whole of december. Never noticed this until yesterday. The speed test did notice a speed issue and a engineer has been booked. The speed issue is to mu hub. I thought it was me changing my default ip address on my hub that did it. But I did that the other day and the slow speed has been happening for over a month now. I think my phone line cord error may be linked.

I agree 100% i had to use my figures, as router was saying 40Mb/s down, history was at 6Mb/s, and sky were saying that all was ok, and it was in the toilet. When the better halve complains i have to listen and take action....

You can bet your life on it, if and whenyou looked it probably said your connection good as far as sky was concerned. As mae-3 said, you have a line speed fault, easy spot was 20Mb/s up but your down
was very poor. Hope OR fix your line and all returns to good.
Please post the outcome as it always helps fellow users when they look at the post.
Take care and have a good new years day now.
