Internet suddenly stopped working
Internet suddenly stopped working early hour of the morning, this is the second time within a month. Engineer can't come until the 4th. I work from home so I am losing money.. 2 lights on my box, tried resetting and going through the steps but nothing working. Anyone got any suggestions?

Sky is a residential ISP mainly and their SLA is 2 days to fix the issue, anytime after the 2 days which starts when you report the issue you'll get automatic compensation via their scheme. For a better SLA then it is wise to get a business broadband line...
