I have just received my new Sky router and have done all of the suggested things to change the password form the one it came with. However, I am stuck with a sign in box 'http://192.168.0.1 'Your connection to this site is not private'. I have input admin as the user name and both sky and the current password but it just defaults back to the same box.

There are no options given. When I click I get 401 Unauthorised Authorisation Required

Yes, have tried on IPhone, 2 laptops and also in Incognito mode and the same issue unfortunately.

Chrome on laptops and Safari on the iPhone.

It doesn't give me any options it is stuck on that page on all of my devices.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Daiwilli1 you are putting in the username " admin " without quotes and the password is the Wi-Fi password on the router if not changed the password you use to login on the router.

I have put in admin as the user name and tried both sky and the original password. I still get the same error message on both laptops and iPhone.
