Broadband not working

Nobody answering phone. How long is going to take,  I can not close the shop. It's ridiculous

@Mimarket this is thecsupport forum for Sky's domestic broadband assume from your post you are trying to contact Sky's Business service which is separate operation.

Why is the back up not working?

Am I paying for nothing ?! The back-up nit working, the internet is been down for ages, losing sales. The phone is usless, nobody answering no update how much is going to take

I'm tempted to suggest that the pricing of Sky 'business broadband' is something of a clue: given it's basically the same cost as their domestic offering, I'm not convinced it's actually a particularly appropriate option for commercial use.

 

The only significant difference I can see are the additional cost options for multiple VOIP phone lines and 4G failover.

Timmy I dont think it's that cheap, not when you add on the extras. We pay extra for a SIM back up so if internet goes down card payments machine etc will still work. Well the SIM either didn't kick in it was down too so was pointless
