Since living here my WiFi internet use as deteriorated. I am unable to receive calls , sometimes cannot work from home due to poor internet connection . I need it sorted asap! When I leave my apartment I have full 5 G service , when I'm home there are only 2 bars on my phone at all times . My iPhone is my only form of contact & I am unwell of late , missed call backs due to poor WiFi service . I would like to speak with customer service person today please .
