Hello. I'm trying to set up a Sky Broadband account, please. I'm currently with Pop Telecom, and I'm ceasing to be with them on the 15th of May. Can you help me with this? I'm going through it online, but not sure whether I'm doing it right. Thank you

@markmutts you should be able to switch isps online simpke enter your postcode here https://www.sky.com/broadband it is best not to cancel with your existing supplier as Sky will handle that for you using the One Touch Switching service. If the website doesn't work dont worry it just means you have to call Sky to complete the order because tgey need to explain a few things before tge order can gomthrough.
