Not able to set up broadband

I can't set up my broadband. There was no purple cable in the box. And I can't connect to wifi, it shows me tha message.

@SK47 you have a full fibre connection so do not need the purple cable which is for partial fibre connections.. Connect the other end of the cable in thecsocket marked LAN into the ethernet socket on your Sky hub marked WAN (also marked as number 4) and gge hub should connect.

Thank you so much for your help. But that's exactly what I did and I still have the same result as below on the photo. I don't know what else to do.

@SK47 if the hub has not connected ie the light turned white it is probsbly because your service has not been activated as yet which can happen at anytime up unitil,midnight. If its stil not connected tomorrow call Sky its pointless calling today as theyvwont know anything until Openreach updatetge order overnight.
