broadband

my broadband keeps going off and on every day sometimes more than once, i am supposed to get 55mbs and lucky if i get 30 it is absolutely rubbish tried everything i have been advised to do and nothing works

@bluemilo1  What does the broadband test say when you run it and are you below your minimum so that Sky will send out an engineer to investigate the issues you are running into?

it always says its under 30 and when i tell sky they allways say everything is ok their end

@bluemilo1  Are you below your minimum speed that you are supposed to be getting on your connection?
