Since moving across to Sky broadband from BT, mainly due to the reduced cost I have had constant problems on pretty much a weekly basis of the internet dropping out regularly. I have tested it online but it always says its good straight after the drop out. Its only usually for a couple of minutes but I work from home sometimes and run a holiday let that use the same broadband and its really annoying. Can someone please monitor my connection somehow as its so intermittent and I am not always in a position to log in and test it or report it to you?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Skinner76 You are not talking to Sky we are customers like yourself. When running the service checker that is showing you historical data and you need to click on the broadband button for it to run a more up to date test on your broadband.
Is your router black or white?

Thank you, I realised it wasn't a sky chat once I hit send. Its black.
