broadband connection

Hello there, I've just upgraded to sky fibre ultra fast and the connection keeps cutting out.

 

I've tried all the recommended options to fix this and nothing works.

 

My old broadband with sky was the same and I've had 4 engineer visits now and still the same.

 

I cannot find a way to actually contact anyone at Sky to report this, so I am hoping there might be an expert online that can point me in the right direction so that i can get this sorted as quickly as possible.
