When our phones or devices are connected to the WIFI our phones don't work, we have to come and use our 4G as it's so slow or sometimes doesn't load anything. When our PS5 is connected and we do a internet speed check it's showing at 31 and is very very slow. But when we do a check through sky it's showing as ok. I'm a little confused and would like some help please as our broadband/internet isn't doing as needed.
