broadband below guaranteed speed

Hi,

I joined sky on 14th December and my broadband has been below the minimum speed guarantee since 16th December I am only getting between 55 and 57mb and my minimum speed gurantee is 60mb.

 

When i tested it on 14th and 15th i got 65.1 on 14th decemberSky.pngPlusnet.png and 63.1 on 15th december

 

I know i can get more and when i used to be wirh plusnet i used to always get between 66 to 68mb.  I have had sky engineer come and look at it and he changed the master phone socket. But that has not made a difference at all

 

I have attached both screenshots the one i tested when i was with plusnet and the one i have now tested with sky

 

Both times I have tested with a PC connected directly to the router with ethernet cable, 

 

Sky's service checker reports no issues.

 

What options do I have to try and resolve the issue?as i know my line suppport more speed but sky engineer was not helpful he just kept saying this is the maximum your line supports. I also showed him the speedtest from plusnet.

I am so sorry i maybe i am getting wrong but when i check the speed using sky service checker i am getting 58.5mb only see screenshot similar to what I get when I have tested with a PC connected directly to the router with ethernet cable

If the Sky checker is showing that then you have grounds to claim money back as you are under the minimum or you can be released from contract.
