Hi
For the past two days the internet keeps dropping , it was doing it all day yesterday(28/3),today it is the same, i am sending this messge before it goes off again and also the land line is dead.

Hi
Just to let you know that after nearly a week with the internet being on and off and no phone line I had just given up and then suddenly a BT Engineer turned up and fixed everything. No idea he was coming he replaced the socket and the internet cable now feeds direct in that socket.

Probably a fault on the individual circuit to your address, especially if it's an FTTC connection: with tens of millions of these in use, a percentage inevitably have issues at any particular time.

Hi , getting the same thing here, on and off all week since 25th march.
done all the usual sky checks and nothing.
but we have had a open reach box knock over by a car and had the problem ever since. But sky saids there's no problem in the area mmmmmmmmm

You'll need to persist with actually logging a fault with Sky: a forum post doesn't do that.
Note 'no problem in your area' refers to known wide scale outages, not individual properties.
