Since I've had my broadband updated to fibre I'm unable to authenticate on zscaler for work so I'm unable to access external websites etc. I received a new white Sky hub as part of the upgrade, I've also disabled shield but no success. My work have said it's a sky issue. Any help appreciated.

Issues with that kind of thing on a Max Hub are typically related to Map-T, so I'll escalate your post.

@Lisa-P1987 Can I please be added to the ticket your escalating please. I have the same issue with Sky network. I am unable to log in my work email and a scaler is not authenticating.
