Worst wifi connection and fps dropping out

I am experiencing major issues with wifi connections and my devices. I work from home so this is essential for use but it is dropping every other minute and disrupting my work. Eventually, when I start watching videos or gaming, the wifi got a floating fps and ping which can't even stable for a sec.
