No connection but all light are green

No service yet all lights are green on router and when I run checks on app sats all ok none of my sky w minis are working and only have free channels on main box and no apps working sick to death if this paying a fortune every month then can't even speak to a human and trying to fine a contact number is like finding Rocky horse **bleep**

Same here we can watch sky but no apps ive tried every thing in the book to re set it even added intrenet cable to it but still nother, kids are ok watching sky tv down stairs but cant connect in the bedrooms very frustrating and i know your pain in trying to talk with some let alone some one who can speak proper English
