I have already spoken to someone 2 days ago but my broadband is consistently below the minimum of 60gb. Can you please sort?
we went through troubleshooting two days ago and it didn't help speed it up

60gb isn't a broadband speed: do you mean 60Mbs?
If that's below the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed for your connection (measured at the Hub, not on a wireless device) then you'll need to persist with logging a fault report with Sky for investigation by Openreach.
