Will I get a refund

I was meant to return my internet box but I moved and could not find it anywhere

i have been charged for not returning I have found it now so if I was to refund would I get a refund fund of the charge for not returning it

@Maria0606197  You will need to ensure it's returned and delivered to Sky before any refund will be made
