My activation date for broadband was yesterday, 4th October. When getting SkyQ installed my engineer said I didn't have to plug in my broadband hub until my current broadband switched off, that is when I would know my broadband has been switched to Sky. This didn't happen and my online account still shows as my broadband activation is 'in progress'. I've now plugged in my broadband hub and only the power and wifi lights are green. I have FTTP. Can anyone help?

@Highlinder my old provider (BT) was FTTP, everything has been set up for that side of things.

@Highlinder yeah I've done that as well. I can only think there's been a mix up with my activation date, but there was a 20 minute wait to get through to Sky on the phone so thought I'd try here instead
