Wifi

Gaming Console in sons bedroom is buffering and lagging. Data list.

Firestick also not working in 2 rooms.

when I was a customer previously I had the same issues and a booster was sent out.

Speed tests and connection state good, which it is in the living room where the hub is situated.

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

@SarahT6 As a previous customer you may have signed up for sky boost, as a new customer did you sign up for the sky Max and addon package, if not then NO booster!
