Wifi still not active
I had a messag saying that my WiFi is active but yet the WiFi still isn't active and I'm wondering what to do next could someone help me

@Matty21 I can see that your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

WiFi fine
Its just I carnt get onto my account to get sky working it's saying wrong postcode which it isn't

@Shyness unless this is a new service yours isxa dufferent issue than the OP's. Most likely cause is you are not signing in with the Sky id linked to your broadband account. If you are certain you are ring Sky as they have to sort the issue for you - the forum team cannot do that online.
