I have the same problem, am suppose to get around 400/500mbps but when I do a speed test on my phone through a app, it only gives me 30/60 mbps, but when I go to do a speed test on my xbox am getting about 250mbps. Surely sky can resolve this problem?

@Kamicozzy WiFi speeds depend on the layout of your home and how it is built.Therefore different devices in different places can get widely differing speeds. However if the devicesxare close together something is weird unless you have prioritized the Xbox see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max-prioritise-a-device
