My WiFi keeps disconnecting but it is showing as good when I do my WiFi checks on the app. Please could this be investigated as I am in meetings everyday and every few minutes the wifi will drop and say connecting then reconnecting. It is causing me a lot of concern especially because I'm paying for a service that doesn't work properly

I have exactly the same issue. My iPad also tells me my WiFi has "low security" I reported to Sky and they suggested a new hub. Since having a new hub, many of our devices keep dropping off our WiFi. The low security warning still remains. So frustrating.

@Rob+Cartwright the security warning is incorrect as all Sky hub's default to WPA2 or higher unless the user has changed the setting quite why ios reports this is a mystery. If you have a white. Sky Max hub you can check the setting yourself in the hub'sxadvanced settings in the My Sky app.
To imorove WiFi coversge consider adding Sky's WiFi Max anddasking for an extender ( see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max) or as I and many other peoplecdo buy your own WiFi set up.
