Hi,my WiFi is losing connection daily sometimes multiple times ,today I have reset the router twice in the last hour, this has been happening for months now, I did call to complain even before the recent blackouts, and was told id need a WiFi booster, and now I find out I get charged for it, I went on the message sky, for a new router to be sent, 4 days ago no answer yet .

So is ours. I have reset it many times. What else can I do because it is a real pain!
