Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sathishkalyan log into the My Sky app using a mobile connection and run the sevice checker which will tell you if Sky are aware of an issue afecting your line. If it doesxn't or reports every thing is OK give Sky a call to report your issue.
