My WiFi says that it's running at good speeds but it's really not. I can even watch YouTube or complete an Asda order

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Wyn2 there are possibly two causes first is your broadband is running slowly which you can check by running the Service Check in the My Sky app and clicking on the broadband link.
The second is wifi speeds in your home are too slow where you are using the devices. You can move closer tomthe hub or consider getting more wifi kit. Sky will seel yountheit WiFi Max bundle which can supply with up to 3 extenders if required see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
